About Kimberly

Kim Hensley is a seasoned chef, former restaurant owner, and accomplished real estate professional with a diverse background and a passion for helping others. Her journey began at Grand Valley State University, where she earned a business management degree, followed by a culinary education at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon. After refining her culinary craft along the West Coast, Kim returned to her hometown of Frankfort, MI, where she opened a beloved restaurant, laying the foundation for her future entrepreneurial success.

Inspired by her achievements in the restaurant industry, Kim expanded her horizons into commercial real estate and property investments. Growing up in a family with deep ties to the real estate world—her father being a successful business owner and broker—Kim was naturally drawn to the industry. After settling in Rockford with her husband and four children, she quickly earned a reputation as a trusted and skilled realtor, known for her deep market expertise, authentic approach, and sharp negotiation skills.

Her dedication and commitment to her clients have led to numerous accolades throughout her career, including being named a RE/MAX Rising Star Finalist, a 100% Club Member in 2014 and 2015, a Platinum Club Member from 2016 to 2023, a 2020 Chairman's Club Member, and a 2017 RE/MAX Hall of Fame inductee. She also received the 2022 Lifetime Achievement Award and the 2024 and 2025 Titan Award. In 2024, Grand Rapids Magazine recognized her as one of the top 20 realtors in West Michigan, ranking her 16th out of 300. Kim is also proud to hold the Certified Full-Service Professional (CFSP) designation.
